May 9th, 2008 at 3:56 pm |

Following the re-opening of Everest after the Chinese summit with the Olympic torch, Sir Ranulph Fiennes and Team Marie Curie are hoping to set off for the final part of their acclimatisation this weekend. They will ascend to Camp 3 and come back down to Base Camp, and will then wait their turn to set off for the summit.

Here Sir Ranulph and Kenton Cool talk about the next part of their journey.
