Kenton Cool on Everest

March 26th, 2008 at 12:47 pm |

“It’s like coming home,” says mountain guide Kenton Cool of Everest Base Camp. If successful this will be Kenton’s sixth time on the summit of the worlds greatest mountain.

“Everest is one of the biggest expeditions around, it’s a ten-week trip, a massive duration and predominantly a lot of that is trying to get all the logistics in place,” says Kenton, “It also takes three or four weeks for the body to adjust to the altitude.”
